Shipping/Returns

At North Coast Billiards we stand behind our products. If there is any problem with your order please contact us we would like to make it right. All of our items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to assure safe arrival. In rare cases if the item is not as described, damaged in shipping or there is an error on our part we will have UPS come pick up the item from you to send it back for either a refund or exchange. All other returns must be new and in the original packing that it arrived in and buyer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways (voids free shipping). Please allow 2-3 days for inspection of product before refund or replacement can be processed. Thank you!
